The food was cooked beautifully. So many flavors in one dish. It’s worth it! Great ambience. Our server and the staff were spectacular! They made our first dinner as a married couple very special. It was quite loud with the chatter and music but I would love to come again.
From the intimate lighting, to the smooth R&B playing in the background, to the perfect food.... this just might be my new favorite spot in Lancaster. With a special thanks to my server Kyle for making tonight incredible. 12/10 Will be back.
We went with another couple and had a very good dinner. We split two salads that I forgot to take a picture of and then had chicken piccata, duck breast and salmon. The chicken was a particularly large serving. We had glasses of wine and cocktails so our bill was pretty high.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Outdoor seating was perfect, quiet and beautiful even on a chilly night. Zach was one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere in a very long time, attentive and quick while leaving us to enjoy ourselves plenty. The Rye Society was one of, if not the best whiskey drinks I’ve ever had, the food was perfect, and the desserts and espresso martinis were amazing. My girl and I are looking for excuses to come back to Lancaster just to eat here again. Do not miss out on this experience. Attached picture is the roasted carrot bucatini with lump crab and lardons, a new item on the menu as of October 2025. Amazing. Thank you Zach!
This was our first time here! We were happy to be able to get a 4:45 reservation on a Saturday the day before. Our upstairs server (Elizabeth, I think?) was friendly, kind and witty. Luckily we came during restaurant week, which was not planned, and they had a lovely special going on, which I took advantage of. I was able to get an appetizer, meal and dessert for $65, which was a phenomenal price! The only item I didnt care for was the lobster bisque. Everything else was absolutely delicious, not that the bisque was terrible. We will definitely be back again.
Great experience! From the moment we entered Belvedere everything was fantastic - Pleasantly greeted, seated at our table, immediate service, server took our drink order, provided all info on specials, and we placed our food order. Served in a very timely manner. The server was pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent and served at a perfect temperature. Wow, we were completely blown away! My boyfriend and I were in Lancaster looking for a great place to eat, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We decided to dine on the patio, and the ambiance was amazing — as were our waiters, who, ironically, were both named Zach! So, Zachs, if you’re reading this… we think you both deserve a raise! Your attitude, professionalism, and kindness were outstanding. Thank you for making our night so special!
Absolutely amazing experience at The Belvedere Inn! I would recommend it to everyone! It had been a little while since our last visit, and my girlfriend and I decided to come back to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. Our server, Alyssa, was phenomenal, attentive, polite, and perfectly timed. We never felt rushed, yet she was always there when we needed anything. Truly top-tier service. The food was incredible and exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend reserving the outdoor villa during the winter if you’re celebrating a special occasion, or even just getting together with friends or family. The atmosphere, privacy, and overall experience were well worth the extra $50. It was warm, cozy, and made the evening feel even more special. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We couldn’t be happier and are already looking forward to coming back soon!
We live in DC and missed this restaurant last time we came 3 months ago, so we had to book 1 week in advance ( highly recommend). We had the lobster bisque, petite Caesar, BBQ oysters, beef tartare, filet mignon and creme brulee. Everything was amazing, especially the bisque and oysters. The beef tartare was a tad strange with the addition of olives on top of capers, which we thought overpowered the flavor of the beef. Staff were all simply amazing and took the time to entertain our 10 month old so that we could get some time to enjoy the dinner.
Atmosphere was amazing. We reserved one of the greenhouses on the rooftop ($30 to reserve for 2hrs) food was amazing. Drinks dessert was great. The only thing they need to work on is their lobster bisque very watery and I think the lobster was still in the ocean. Must try Opera cake was delicious the creme brulee was creme brulee. Definitely will return
